KAMPALA, UGANDA | 105.0 HUNTER FM  NEWS| Dr. Kizza Besigye’s Lawyer Lukwago has filed a second bail application seeking for temporary relief as the state continues its investigation

Lawyer to Dr. Kizza-Besigye and Hajj Obeid Lutale, Erias Lukwago yesterday filed a second bail application seeking for temporary relief for the two as the state continues its investigation into a matter referred to them at Nakawa Chief Magistrates Court of treason and misprison of treason. 

Lukwago indicates that while the law does not envisage appealing bail rulings, they have a right to seek for bail as long as they want. The bail is accorded as a gift to Dr. Kizza Besigye, who turned 69 years yesterday today.
