Help the Crying Voices Uganda and Uwezo Launch Community Engagement Initiative in Sheema

Sheema, Uganda - Today, Help the Crying Voices Uganda (HCV), in partnership with Uwezo, launched a community engagement initiative in Sheema, focusing on parenting and problem-solving skills. The team visited selected members from Mabanga Cell, Kabwohe Division in Sheema Municipality.
Mr. Byoine Julius, Programs Manager at HCV Uganda, stated that the initiative aims to empower community members with effective problem-solving skills. Mr. Mugisha Rodgers, Executive Director, added that they have selected one village in a rural area and one in an urban area to assess the impact of their program. The team will spend ten days working with the community.
The LC1 NRM Chairperson of Mabanga Cell expressed gratitude to the organization for choosing their community, highlighting the potential benefits for residents. This initiative is expected to positively impact the community, equipping residents with valuable skills to address challenges and improve their lives.
