BUSHENYI UGANDA St. Stephen's Mbatamo Church of Uganda, located in Kyeizooba Archdeaconry, West Ankole Diocese, has taken a significant step in enhancing its worship services with the official introduction of a church band. The event was led by Rev. Jason Tusingwire Bangyirana from Mbatamo Church of Uganda.

During the launch, Rev. Bangyirana expressed gratitude to a group of believers from Mbatamo who reside in Kampala for their support. He urged the youth to attend church services and learn how to play musical instruments, encouraging parents to take their children to Mbatamo Primary School to acquire skills in music.

Rev. Bangyirana also thanked the Christians for their collaboration with the team from Kampala. Amanya Paulo, Head of Laity, echoed similar sentiments, extending appreciation to the Christians of Mbatamo and the guests who officiated the band launch and marching ceremony. Special thanks were given to the Vicar of the church for the initiative.

The introduction of the church band is set to enhance worship services and provide an opportunity for members, especially the youth, to develop their musical talents.
