MITOOMA UGANDA.  Ayebazibwe Patrick, a determined leader, has thrown his hat into the ring, seeking the LC5 Chairmanship for Mitooma District on the Alliance for National Transformation (ANT) ticket in coming general Elections 2026-2031 With a strong background in environmental engineering and management, Patrick aims to leverage his skills and experience to drive positive change in Mitooma District.


Patrick's manifesto focuses on several key areas, including:


1. *Good Governance*: Ensuring transparency and accountability in district affairs, with zero tolerance for corruption.
