Sheema Uganda. Prof. Ephraim Kamuntu, Senior Presidential Advisor and Cabinet member, has launched his NRM manifesto and campaigns in several areas of Rugarama sub-county, Sheema South.

The launch took place in Bigoni   trading centre and other locations, including Irashangye, Kyamanengyere, Ruhorobero, Nyakashoga, Rwakaberenje, Kagati, Murari, and Nyakarama.

According to sources, the launch marked the beginning of Prof. Kamuntu's campaign trail ahead of the July 16, 2025, NRM elections. He is expected to roll out his manifesto and campaigns in other sub-counties in Sheema South in the coming days.

The event drew significant attention from local leaders, supporters, and community members. Prof. Kamuntu's team is optimistic about the reception of his manifesto and campaign message.
